Porcupines


500g mince1 egg
1 small onionSalt & pepper
1/2 cup uncooked rice1 tin tomato soup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  1. Mix all together - form into balls.
  2. Bring to the boil in large saucepan: 1 tin of tomato soup and 1 can water or stock
  3. Add 'balls' - simmer 30-40 minutes
